How do I redeem Second Cup Coffee Co. Rewards or earn Rewards points on your website?
Currently, you cannot redeem Second Cup Rewards for product, earn Rewards points or use the balance from a Second Cup Coffee Co. gift card when ordering product.

Our refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, reach out to us within 30 days with your original receipt.
We will not accept returns on perishable items (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) but want to ensure that you are happy with your selection.
