How do I return something?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept returns on perishable items (coffee, tea and hot chocolate).
We do want to ensure that you are happy with your selection and if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days with your original receipt.
Our Guest Support team is available from Monday to Friday at 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST and can be contacted by email at Rewards@secondcup.com or by completing our Contact Form.
Can I cancel my order?
At Second Cup Coffee Co., we want to prepare your order in a timely manner so that you can enjoy it right away. This means we will begin processing your order as soon as it’s received and there may not time to cancel the order before it is shipped.
If you have made an error or would like to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Our Guest Support team is available from Monday to Friday at 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
What if my order arrives damaged or is the incorrect order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate. For damaged orders, please send a photo to Marketing@secondcup.com along with your order number.
How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy FREE delivery when you spend $50 or more (before taxes).
Orders below the shipping minimum of $50 (before taxes) are subject to shipping fees. Shipping fees vary based on the shipping address and the weight or size of your order.
Can I order outside of Canada?
Your order can only be delivered to a Canadian address. Please note that some delivery restrictions apply to remote areas within Canada.
What if I want my coffee ground?
Only certain coffee beans will be available pre-ground currently. Please reach to us out if you have any questions or feedback.
How do I redeem a gift card on your website?
Currently, you cannot redeem Second Cup gift cards when ordering product, but we will be adding this feature in the near future!
How do I redeem Rewards or earn Rewards points on your website?
Currently, you cannot redeem Second Cup Rewards for product or earn Rewards points when ordering products on shop.secondcup.com. We will be adding this feature in the near future!
